Henning Larsen’s latest, a 7,m2 new headquarters for Copenhagen- based housing association KAB, is a building at a crossroads -literally and metaphorically. Located on the axis of two major streets in Copenhagen, between one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods and one of the city's oldest neighborhoods and one of its newest, the building bridges Danish office culture with home life.
A building for the moment. Like many cities across the world, Copenhagen is facing a housing crisis. Unlike many cities, however, where a complex web of speculative development and financial interests have shifted the view of housing from a place for living to an opportunity for investment, in Copenhagen the problem is simple: there are not enough places to live.

Hej,
Jag heter Amanda Layton och är en årig tjej från Karlstad som nyligen fått veta att jag fått jobb som civilingenjör hos Etteplan i Göteborg.
Min pojkvän, Viktor, har fast jobb på SKF men har varit studieledig för ingenjörsstudier i Karlstad där vi träffades för tre år sedan.
Nu söker vi lägenhet tillsammans i ett tryggt område i Göteborg där vi så småningom kan bilda familj. Vi önskar hyra en trea eller stor tvåa, viktigt är att lägenheten är fräsch. Vi kan tänka oss betala max kr/månad + el och ev. varmvatten.
Vi är båda högavlönade och saknar betalningsanmärkningar. Vi är aktiva på fritiden och har aldrig haft några klagomål från grannar. Vi röker inte!
Vi har tillfälligt boende under första tiden men då vi båda börjar jobba redan i maj önskar vi hyra lägenhet så snart som möjligt, gärna från 1:a juni!
